The link above, although it may seem a bit far fetched, it in a way displays just how digitalized our thinking has become. This is demonstrated by the role of the friends. By being a long term subscriber to WoW I know first hand the addicting characteristics of the game. I too felt the need to socialize and for some players it becomes near impossible to balance the two. I actually felt an urge to resubscribe when the log in screen was presented in the clip. Some powerful stuff eh?
