Sex, as it does in the real world, sells. Second Life is a perfect example. Tracy Smith, in the video above explores this aspect of the virtual world. Becoming a millionare off of virtual sex is increadable, especially with the uncertainty and the ability to hide ones sex, age and all other peramitors that would usually define a relationship. The gentleman in the video, Kevin "stroker" is a perfect example. He is an unemployed, father of three and definatly does not exhibit the characteristics you would think a sexual tycoon such as him self would. In a twisted sort of way this is exactly what second life and all virtual worlds are about. Providing an escape from the toils of everyday life.
