I was recently watching the news and was shocked to hear of a new development regarding teen suicide. As was much the case will the suicide involving the faked MySpace account, technology proven to give teens even more to worry about. What is referred to as ‘sexting’ is now common knowledge is many high schools as well as middle schools. The term refers to the act of sending racy and sometimes nude or vulgar pictures as a picture or text message and thus having the capability of spamming an entire school in a matter of minutes with a possibly very embarrassing and compromising photo of a fellow classmate. Now not only do teens have to deal with ruthless other adolescents but now they’ve got technology against them. What will they think of next?
